So I made this after seeing so many other amazing ones on here. I'm pretty happy with how this turned out and I sort of want to set the scene for it since I really put a back story into this.

"I can't believe I helped him escape. All his words seemed to make sense of my pathetic life. I'd been living the life I was suppose to live, not the life I wanted to. Everything I did it was to please my parents or my boss or society. So we ran and block after block, he never said a word to me. His hideout was how I pictured it -- if hideout doesn't sound too cliche. It was in the Narrows where ever other low-life hung out, but this was different. His men were all gone, so the place was empty. Still dead silent, this scarred man shut the door with ease...and then it started. He broke me, hit me, screamed -- he saved me.
The scary thing is as I look in the mirror, the white makeup caked to my face matching his own, the black lipstick messily smeared across my lips, mascara running haphazardly down my face...I finally realize how unhappy I was before him."
