"Only Featured Line Art" if you haven't exceeded your limit for the featured folder yet. If you have, you will simply not see the 'Contribute' button, so don't worry about trying to figure it out manually In that case, you can submit to the "Only Line Art" folder instead - there are no submission limits for it (yet) If you want someone to colour it, you can submit it to the "Colouring Book" folder.
