Este es mi nuevo oc, porque esta usando uniforme escolar en un gimnasio? se preguntaran, pues quería dibujar ropa un poco mas complicada que tu tipica ropa deportiva, espero que les guste.

The school uniform is a welcome change from your art's usual athletic attire. She's a new character, so the unusual gym clothes could possibly be explained some personality quirk of hers. Perhaps she's too impatient to change before working out after school and wants to spend as much time as possible growing her muscles? Maybe she just feels more comfortable in her uniform? I look forward to seeing what you do with her character.
There aren't any glaring flaws in her anatomy and her muscles seem evenly distributed on her bulky figure. It's a common mistake to make whatever muscle is the focus proportionally larger than the other muscles, but that mistake isn't made here. Her pose seems like an odd way to sit, but it's still possible and shows her muscles well. The perspective of some of the objects in the background is off, particularly the weight at the bottom left, but these are easily ignored and far from the focus of the piece.
"Wow!, i" should be either Wow! I" or "Wow, I" depending on how enthusiastic you want her to sound. "I" as a word should always be capitalized. It's unclear whether the record she's referring to is having lifted a heavier weight than she could before or if her arms seem to have grown. Regardless, the line shows she's making noticeable progress on her already impressive physique.
