Pwerful Akuma! I "borrowed" this from one of my Street Fighter" books & it is also from a scene in Street Fighter II (animated one) Akuma selling fruit, a scene right before Fei Long is filming a movie I believe. As the camera scans across the screen you can see him, tiny but he's there!Drawn on 11X17 art paper & with a no.#2 pencil.
