Just starting out with watercolors, and I gotta say it is quickly becoming my favorite medium to work with! Though it was a pain to scan and edit. Had to scan it in sections, merge the sections together in Photoshop and did my best at removing the harsh texture of the watercolor paper. I enhanced it a tad in Photoshop to get it as close to the original as possible.

Hi Nessa, Welcome to the Inspiring Creation group.
This is a really pretty water color painting. I don't normally do water color so could not suggest on how to scan them. I think you did a really good job tho of putting it together in photoshop. That must have really been difficult.
I love the title.. It really depicts the image of the painting. I think this is very creative and imaginative.
You could categorize it under fantasy.. It has the elements of an abstract with the shapes you used but also I feel it could also be classified in fantasy because of the actual concept and title.
Beautiful use of the combination of triadic and analogous colors for contrast, unity and harmony. Wonderful painting.
