I think the colors turned out lovely, BUT.. You could try saving it as a PNG? Someone told me once it helps to keep everything looking crisp, better than saving it as a JPEG. (:

The color usage and lighting is great! The only downside is that the woman's right eye in the last panel look a little flat, I suggest making the eyeball bulge out a bit.
