Love this !   Using your tutorial about Rectangle-and-Curl I came up with this    Couldn't find a link to the tutorial so I am saying many many thanks for that in here (only 7 years late )

All music is nature. Our artifice only streamlines it.

Beautiful, it looks like the scroll of a violin or cello. It's got a wonderful flow to it.

HOW do you have time to render all these prettyful fractals??! My compy gets frozen up when I do such things!!!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nestalgica In reply to platinummyr [2007-01-23 01:16:09 +0000 UTC]

This render only took 8 minutes.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

platinummyr In reply to Nestalgica [2007-01-23 01:22:40 +0000 UTC]

*gasp* WHAAT?! My compy would like take OVERNIGHT to render that good *kicks the compy* hey.. wait a minute, maybe thats wh-*the compy falls apart*

Lol, yeah... mine is ok.. but not THAT good

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nestalgica In reply to platinummyr [2007-01-23 01:25:24 +0000 UTC]

Well, if you zoom, it takes really, really long. There's a useful little doodad called the Master Scale that zooms in without increasing render time. It decreases the quality of the display, but all you have to do is increase the quality of the render

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

platinummyr In reply to Nestalgica [2007-01-23 01:28:23 +0000 UTC]

OOHH!!! How do I DO THAT?!!! Cause I zoom in, lol... quite a bit. I use fractals to color stuff, so I would LOVE that!!!!! How??! How?!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nestalgica In reply to platinummyr [2007-01-23 01:36:51 +0000 UTC]

In the Adjust window under Rendering, there's a box with some decimals with it. Make the numbers higher to zoom in more
