OH MY GOD. I've just looked all over the internet for screenshots from that show! *tears of joy* I wanted to draw fanart of my own, you see. Considering yours was drawn nearly three years ago, it's very good! Definite fave, and it's nice to know that someone besides me remembers good ol' Fish Police!
