This is an original artwork, titled "Swallowed Whole"
I created this painting for a series called the "Cedar Creek Series".
The painting features an abandoned vehicle collecting moss and taking on a disguise of the forest, as mother nature swallows it whole.
As a child, I lived at my grandparents' place for a while. They had a chunk of property where my grandfather parked old cars under the cedar trees. As time marches on, nature reclaims them.
Acrylic painting on stretched canvas, size 16x20 inches, with a 0.5 ( half inch ) depth.
