Actually no.  I wrote a whole back story for Worlds Between Negatives- Rider Link only works when he is in his universe or proximity to the main kamen rider multiverse. Since the Damashii is no where near either of those, he is only himself.

isn't like Decade where he has physical items of those universe where he can use them.
