When I was watching the news from Super Smash bros. Dojo's site There was introducing Fox McCloud's new style and the first thing what I saw was the scouter what reminds me about Vegeta's scouter.That's how I get Idea of this comic.
Edit:Fox had 2 left hands but now it's fixed

Didn't Fox have Vegeta's Scouter in Command? And Fox's was red not green.
