Yeah, so this is pretty much what it says on the box to be honest - lol. I am addicted to True Blood, and if you haven't seen it you are no friend of mine! LE GASP!

Eric is probably one of my favourite characters, from both the book and the series, and so I am determined to do a portrait that pays him adequate tribute! This will be moved into scraps when the finished piece is up, but this is what I have for now.

You will have no idea how long it took to get the eyes and nose sketches up to a level I could tolerate... they didn't fit, like, the first 6 times. But I got there in the end, and they will have to do! Because his hair is short in this one, and in luxuriously complicated little waves, I decided to only roughly sketch it out. As for the background, I will probably do him floating around the bar at Fangtasia - gives me an opportunity to do neon lighting, yey!

P.S I have now learned that leather jackets are a pain in the padded ass to sketch!
