I really just wanted to do a picture of a pretty girl. Maybe in like cute/pretty fashionable clothes? :3 I tried a variety of different color schemes at first.Tried to do a shadow effect but not sure if it looks that good XD
Sketched on Paint. Done in Photoshop.
Total time: 3-4 hours.

Thankies! I wanted to do like a lace pattern on the white shirt at the bottom where it's pleated but it kept coming out crappy DX Maybe another time, ne?
