Question, what program do you use to animate it? For some reason, the program that I use, when turn the picture in to GIF format, the quality get bad, like many little white spot appears and it is not as clean and smooth as yours.

I use photoshop!
and I use the FX tool to give it a while line around the drawing (and this makes it so if there is any spots that I missed erasing, they will pop out so I can correct them) C:
and I set a .1 time delay

I only drew 5 frames but I copy them so the blink is not too fast and end up with about 18~
