The entire thing seems so tragic, since she was so young.
I'm supposed to go to New Orleans with my man this January or February for a conference. Looking forward to it! (but only of I can find a way not to bring my little ones). I visited Lafayette as a little girl, but this will be SO much better!

Lucky you! I love New Orleans passionately. Such a fascinating city. I've lost count of the number of visits I've made. I feel more at home there than I do in Georgia, and I've lived here all my life.
