Um, hate to be rude. I was hoping I could maybe give some advice? While I really like how you did the face proportions from the rest of the chibi, there are some things like the torso area that makes her seem like she's unintentionally leaning. Or that the lines seemed to go wrong. That might just be me. I also think that you should try to highlight and shade, experiment with that. That's all I have to say, really, because this is rather cute.

I wish I could do this digitally because then I wouldn't have to use colored pencil... Lol (Currently saving up for a wacom intuous... egh) . That would make shading easier, so for now I'm just kind of block coloring it.Β

It's okay. I know what you mean. When I was a smol bean, I wished for a digital drawing pad (instead I'm stuck with le phone) because colored pencils loved to break a lot. I hope to see you improve a lot! And I'm glad you took critique easy, I've seen some people on the site who aren't.. polite.

Yeah colored pencils are a a bit of a pain. I don't like how they color on my sketchbook paper (Canson Mix-Media) . But what I got is what I got. And thank you, I really hope I do! ^^Β
I'm used to critique since I used to be in a commercial arts class! I'm actually excited someone gave me a critique, allows me to grow <3 But yes, I've seen people go crazy mad for the smallest amount of critique... In real life and on here. Not pretty. Lol Β

I agree. I also love criticism because art college exists, and I want to be prepared for that in like... 6 years. It gives me a BUNCH of time to improve. I don't see why people are against it. If you want to make it, it's mandatory. (By the way, the commercial arts class sounds cool!)

The commercial arts class was so fun. We got to do a lot of different stuff. We were set-up with photoshop (Forgot which version) drawing tablets and a bunch of different other supplies. We ended up designing two murals (One for our school district office and one for habitat for humanity) , a label for a local company (Mine was chosen!) and a bunch of tools and basic knowledge on how to make art your passion and your job.Β
Only thing is that some medical stuff got in the way to me furthering those skills, so I ended up forgetting most of it so I'm back to square one, which is fine!Β

That's true. Just having galaxy veils on each of the fingers. And then like maybe drawing closed eyes and faces on the nails.

And then have the index passive just like: I am ok with this. The pinky would probably be confused, and the thumb super optimistic or pessimistic. The fourth finger would probably be just like: I never got to be married.
