Glass Vista Icons. ONLY usable for Vista currently.
If you would like the XP version, please go HERE Where the lovely Astroasis has taken the time to convert them for me.
Originally an idea that I used from my glass trash can.
I use this on my ObjectDock which you can get HERE

If you have Vista, I have added a tutorial in my download on what to do, you Unzip the file using Winzip or 7zip and then a folder will be extracted.
Then there will be all the icons,and the Tutorial.

You couldn't do a very simplistic Black box Trillian Icon, could you? Here's an example of what I mean...

The Icon that you've posted is very easy, and I can do it.
Trillian on the other hand? I'm assuming that's a Mac OS? I could be wrong =S I actually don't know if I can do that or not, but I can try.
