Description
This is Flavio, a Fly Guy who becomes one of Mario's partners in Paper Mario: Paper Caper.

Flavio was once a member of the Fly Bros, an Elite gang of Fly Guys, sent by Bowser to stop Mario from reaching the Yellow Sprixie Princess, Goldi. He and his teammates, Rojo, Azulo, and Twirlo, were made to steal the temple's key.

When Mario beats the Fly Bros and gets the temple key, the group are mad with Flavio, saying that because he was being too soft on Mario, he let them down, and [literally] kick him out of their gang, sending him flying into some bushes, causing his mask to fall off. Hiding in a bush, he tells Mario to find the missing mask. After Mario finds the mask, Flavio is grateful, and after defeating the Fly Bros when they find them, Flavio volunteers to help Mario on his quest, to repay him for his kindness and bravery.

FIELD Ability: Like Parakarry, he can fly Mario over gaps that are normally too big to jump over.

BATTLE ABILITIES:
Slap - Slaps the chosen enemy twice.
Supply Drop [2 FP] - Flies up, and drops a Mushroom to Mario that instantly gives him 10-20% health.
Propeller Spin [Super Rank; 4 FP] - Spins with his propeller upside down on a chosen enemy, rapidly damaging them.
Tornado Twist [Ultra Rank; 6 FP] - Spins his propeller upside down really fast to create a tornado that lifts up all enemies, with a chance of removing them from the battle. Does not work on bosses.
