Description
Neil Patrick Harris who recently got voted man of the decade by AfterElton [link] with nearly twice the amount of votes as John Barrowman who came second. He also plays Barney Stinson in How I met your mother and Doctor Horrible in Doctor Horrible's sing a-long blog; and presents award ceremonies and stuff over there, he's also a fantastic singer.And I voted for him a few times.
This is dedicated to because she kept me up at 2am when I drew this and kept looking at it for me while I was drawing it. And she also happens to be a big fan of him.
So here you have it NPH, took about 2 hours in total, maybe a bit more in HB pencil on art pad paper.
