Is it me, or does Bob's head look nearly twice as big as his body in panel 3?

I did that on purpose for two reasons. One, to emphasize his fury, and two, because he's twisting around to yell at Bart, so in a way his head is now closer to Bart than the rest of his body. It's one of those cartoon tropes where they exaggerate certain features for comedic and/or dramatic effect.
