I mean the start orb. Like why isn't it sized the same as the other 48 pixel icons. Is there a way to get it to be the same size?

I guess, start orb doesn't resized instead of icons on super bar. Default size of orb is 54x54px.

That's because windows task bar support 32px icons, and resize other's if they don't fit.

How did you used on your w7 superbar? I cant make it show "48px" icons and they get ugly with the default size!

I think it's how the .ico files are made somehow. When I convert the .png files using www.convertico.com they look fine but when I use the packaged .icos they look pixelated. Not sure why.

Indeed, www.convertico.com convert's fine, without pixelated.

I tried using convertico.com to convert the .pngs to .ico and it gives me a tiny 16x16 icon..
