Please only bid if you're serious in getting her, would greatly appreciate it. It prevents confusion to everyone (me and those who seriously participates in the auction).

If you do delete/edit/ bids, you'll be banned from bidding my future adopts (I'll automatically delete your bid). If there's an emergency, tell me first.

I have received comments from bidders that they're having trouble replying to users (an error message showing in DA), if so, please let me know so I can place the bids for you with your name.

Please bid in chain, only bids in chain is recognized. (except AB bids can reply directly under "bid here" I will notify the last bidder in chain)

If another bid comes 30 minutes before time, I will extend auction to 5 hours.

Winner must pay within 48hrs (I can do holds max 2 weeks for bids $100+, but I ask for initial payment of $25, hope that's okay)

For buyers with pending hold payments, bidding on open auction is not allowed until previous balance is completed. Bids will be instantly removed.

I can decide to resell the adopt if not paid on time
