Another revision. Loved the pose of the last so stuck with that with only fixes to anatomy. also changed the dress and hair around a bit!The color i decided to make more muted because, i dont know why, but the last set i chose seemed too violent for both the flower and the girl.

I assume you're working with SAI and I'm simply wondering with what brush you're drawing and which setting? I'm not quite sure if you're drawing with pen or brush :/ ):

ah okay XD but I actually meant for outlines, I assume brush at very low size? and something I still don't know how you do it: sometimes the outlines seem "glowing" how do you fucking do that? D:

the outlines i use a brush with the min being up ten percent. and the glow effect is done by duplicating the line layer, and having the one underneath filtered through a gaussian blur. this you have to do in photoshop cause sai doesnt do filters.
