I think there's something 90's cartoon-ish about it too, but that's part of its charm. The logo's cool! Say, with Mandy and all the other super stacked chicks in it, how "daring" are you gonna make the comic? If it's meant for teens, maybe you could make and "adult" version as well?

It's actually 16+ rated for those 16 and up. And in the case of the Posse, the story's mainly about Jesse and his crew. Mandy is, more or less, a supporting character.
