As is well known, the High Command represents the best of humankind, the most skilled and capable individuals in their respective fields, and also in decision-making. Nailah Scorchingland chose not to follow the legacy of her family, the "Lightbringer" house, known for their erudition and advancements in various scientific areas; as she wanted a different focus in her career, one more inclined towards the martial aspect; and thus, Nailah Scorchingland was born, known for relentlessly pursuing her prey, leaving nothing but a field of ashes in her wake.

Currently serving as both the Prime Minister of the Ministry of Warfare and Security and the director of the New Vex Military Academy, she herself graduated from this institution as part of the Red Mustangs, the specialized Corps in frontline clashes, skirmishes, and ambushes. Several students of this Corps have the Polymelia gift (either tripods, tetrapods, or arcadians, being arcadians humans with 2 pair of legs on the front and another set behind them), which provide them with greater speed and endurance when running, and Nailah was no exception.

This woman was not blessed with just one gift, but three, which is an incredibly rare occurrence to find, and the known individuals with three gifts can be counted on two hands. She is the only member among the six members of the High Command to possess three gifts. This third gift has been termed "Flammable Glands," and she is the only known human to have acquired this "gift," which consists of each of her throats being able to excrete a different liquid, one for exhaling both flammable and toxic substances, and the second for ignition. This combination of gifts not only makes her swift and lethal, but she can even single-handedly set up ambushes, annihilating entire squads without assistance in an instant.
