See a good movie or visit a restaurant that's not too pricy or cheap, get some ice cream, enjoy a stroll at a park, talk about our lives a bit, and drop her off home hoping for another date.

For one thing I wouldn't try to be someone I'm not. I wouldn't take her to the fanciest of restaurants, or try to instantly woo her to the bedroom.Β
I'd take her out to someplace nice, nothing too fancy, maybe a well kept bar. We'd talk about how we live our lives, hear what she has to say, etc...
Then I would drop her off at the castle, hoping for a future date.Β

that's not completely illogical, but you'd have to be a very strong pegasus to get to the moon, and you'd need to wear an air mask if you wanted to stay there for a respectable amount of time, or get a powerful unicorn to cast a breath spell for you. I'm pretty sure I could get Dash to do it
