Well, a lot of evolutions look similar to there basic forms. So this would make more sense considering Milotic looks nothing like Feebas. Same with Magikarp and Gyarados.

Ok...i didn't want to start an arguement. I was just telling you why I made it. If you don't like it...OH WELL! I made it because that is what I thought it should have been.
