the character featured in the art is vista in her younger self!anyways, i just watched a tutorial on how to add the glow on ibispaint x lol
since that i already learned the steps (ig), i made this! "the light within" was a visual representation of vista's inner talent at such a young age.
it was tough for me to make other touches but i love it though hahaha :>
