This looks very sad and heartbreaking, yet powerful and worthy to see and to have sympathy for those 4 girls. I will never forget about those 4, including Monika.

I found the speedpaint of this on YouTube and decided to check it out. It's strange- getting into the game now, nearly 2 years after it's release, there's all kinds of good stuff, but there's so little new content. It makes it so I have to look at the same few things to cement to Chrome my interest.
Anyways, I really love this piece, especially the tears and Monika's hollow smile- she got what she wanted, but at what cost? It makes me feel for the girls and their individual pains. Fantastic job, thanks for sharing.

How Yuri showed not everything is as it seems and people can act really, given the right circumstances; how to share your passions with true friends
How Natsuki showed that people act a certain way for a reason; being defensive will build up walls where you can't show your true self
And Monika
How Monika showed me to follow what you truly love, but make sure you don't harm any friends or family; pursue your love
All four of these girls contributed to me in different ways, showing me how to help others and myself. Thank you, Dan Salvato, for bringing us this unexpected treasure.

Same here. Been nearly 2 years since the game came out. The MC showed me how how no matter how much you love someone, there's nothing you can do to save them given the lack of knowledge he helped contribute to me as well as the girls

The Monika one almost made me cry.
Spoiler alert:
I really love everyone in the game.
Sayori acts happy and joyful, when she is actually depressed and tries to hang herself, but successfully does that later in the game. I actually feel her... In my life, I act cheery when actually I'm bullied by a bunch of boys for no reason, which gave me hatred for the boys in my school.
Yuri is shy and loving, but she's actually a girl who inflicts self harm because of her obsession towards me. But I can't really blame her...
Natsuki is one of my favorite dere types (Yes, I like tsunderes.) She is abused by her father and I really feel bad for her...
And Monika is a yandere who is in love with the protagonist. She started deleting her own friends just so she can get along with the protagonist. But as soon as she got a taste of her own medicine, she felt how her friends felt, and realize her wrong doings. She tries to make up for it by bringing back her own friends and deleting herself.
Now that I think about it... I think it's my own fault that they all suffer a terrible fate. Because if I never entered the school, Sayori may or may not suicide at all, Natsuki might not have an abusive father, Yuri wouldn't inflict self harm, and Monika would be a better friend.

Hello! I found your speed paint on YouTube and I want to say that I really love this piece.
I'm currently drawing something and I wanted to play your video in the background while I'm drawing a lil bit but I got really caught up in the speedpaint and watched it completely. I'm really touched by the concept of this. Even if there are familiar drawings like that, may it be from this game or something else, this really stands out in my point of view. But not in a sense of "you drew this thing in your piece that no one else did" but more in a sense of "this piece gives you deep feelings"
The expressions are perfect. For drawings that are suppose to show pain, sadness or other kinds of feelings, the expression can really help to bring those feelings to life and let me tell you you nailed it! And you even gave every character a different way to express themselves.
For example Sayori is crying and sobbing when her feelings burst out (because she tends to more show her feelings. I know she hides her true feelings but she has a more loud character if that makes sense...) but Yuri seems to be more quiet. She has a calm and rather silent personality. Then you have Natsuki who is trying to hold it back. It's fitting because in the game, she always tries to look strong, confident and (because of her small appearance) more adult, where she maybe thinks that crying makes her look childish or maybe weak. Or it can be that maybe her father is in front of her and demands her to stop crying.
In the end you have Monika. Monika is sad but also seems accepting of what happens. Not that she wants this to happen but she knows that there is nothing she can do against it.
This piece overall gives me a bitter sweet mood and I'm even at the edge of tears. The light in the background kinda says that everything is over know but because of the four, the pain is still there. It's not a happy ending but it is still an ending.

Never played but based on game plays I watched ( like Markiplier) I am just going to say, It's about a game about four girls trying to get a boy. But If you choose one girl or whatever the others do self harm or something.

No, all the girls do these things regardless. If you don't mind spoilers, I'll explain.
There's a dark red line around Sayori's neck to signify that she tried to hang herself. In the game, she successfully hangs herself due to being driven to suicide by depression. She does this regardless if the player accepts her confession, and she's also the only girl that confesses in act 1.
Yuri does in fact self-harm. It's implied in act 1 and shown in act 2. The reasons why she self-harms in act 1 are unclear but in act 2, she seems to do it out of overwhelming feelings of excitement that the player is interacting with her, being a masochist. She ultimately kills herself as well by stabbing herself to death, after she confesses in act 2.
Natsuki seems to have a very abusive father that's implied in act 1 and even more implied in act 2. He doesn't feed her and she's malnourished as a result, and she says things that suggest her father beats her.
Monika doesn't do or experience any of the above. She is sentient and recognizes she is in a game. She amplifies the negative traits of the other Dokis to make them unlikable (making Sayori's depression more severe, making Yuri more obsessive and crazy, making Natsuki say things that further suggest she experiences abuse) and when it ends in two girls' suicide and the other running to the bathroom to throw up after seeing Yuri's body, she "deletes their character files" so that she can be with the player. But when the player deletes her file, she is first angry but then realizes her misdeeds and, feeling horrible, she attempts to fix the game, bringing the girls back to life. Depending on whether or not you did what was required to achieve the good ending, Sayori will either become sentient and try to pull the same flick as Monika, which will cause Monika to delete the game, or Sayori will thank the player for spending time with everyone.
