Well, looking at the manga pages now, and taking previous season lengths into account, it's unlikely that the arc where Hawks debuts will actually be in this season. Not trying to spoil too much in case anime-onlys are reading this, but if Season 4 ends on a certain arc after all the Overhaul stuff, then the arc afterwards, where Hawks features, will be where Season 5 starts off.
