I think you've really captured the essence of Tasha here in anime form. There are some key elements from the reference which shine through in this work. (Eyes, jaw clothing, and especially hair.)

The eyes have a playful quality which Tasha is known for. The hair has a lot of volume and character, and is better than my own rendering. (It's one of Tasha's main characteristics.)

I also like the wavy parting at the front, which is usually pulled to the sides in my mind. It gives her more of a small town girl appearance, where the character actually originates from.

I really like this Neyviri.
