Well, this is a drawing I did during the classes xD She started being only a character. I thought about doing a draw with some characters like the fronts of the anime comics with the main char in the middle and the others behind her. But I finally didn't do that :3 and I thought she could be another character from my Manga (I thought a little the history but i have the entire place imagined
)So she's Yuri the second character
The main char is Suki (i did an ooold oold drawing of her but I have one new that i have to shadow and submit .It was inlfuenced by her style: Only the hair
Done in pencil, these normal pnecil black and yellow hahaha and added the line colour, the name and my deviantart with photoshop CS5.

Yees of course, I'll made a tutorial for you ^^ It's easy all you need is Photoshop, and I think you can use CS3 CS4 or CS5 (is the PS I use)
