xD He's with both, and always will be [or at least, until the day Fuan dies again u_u] Both Fuan and Aki came to an understanding about one another a few years ago and are actually really good friends now. Fuan won't share Jenova with anyone else though, and Jenova has no interest in anyone else but the two he loves.
Which... is done separately, they each get their own time alone -haha.

eventually, he is human now and his body's not going to last forever. It's one of those things he's spent the last few years trying to come to terms with. Jenova's... silent on it as always, but he's definitely not happy that Fuan will grow old and die u_u
