ok so there's a story behind this...

for the longest time i've been trying to get to colour one of my pics, and when i saw him at the past toronto convention in september,

he was like "do me a sketch!"
so i was like "dude, colour my shit!"
so he was like "cry!" (ok he didn't cry)

but we came to an agreement and he coloured this quick sketch i did of fei long for him. why fei long?.. weelllll after 3 straight days of sketching at that convention i really was tired of the usual akuma/ryu/chunli/cammy/optimus prime requests so i flipped to a random page in my trusty street fighter eternal challenge book and there fei long was, staring me in the eye, like a hawk! umm yeah, that's my story... and toby's one wicked-ass painter so when he sent me the file i had to put it up!

i'm gonna say it took me about 4 seconds to sketch just to sound impressive. i think i used a sharpie pen and marker for it.. but i don't remember.
