The atmosphere in the Avengers' airplane was charged with tension and excitement as the first group of Avengers reveled in the capture and torment of the restrained Justice League members. Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, Peggy Carter, Elektra, Jessica Jones, Captain Marvel, and Valkyrie were all gathered around, their expressions a mix of satisfaction and anticipation as they watched their adversaries struggle against their restraints.
The flickering screen suddenly illuminated, drawing everyone's attention to the incoming call from Amanda Waller. As the image stabilized, Amanda's stern face filled the screen, her expression unreadable but unmistakably determined. The Avengers watched in silence as Amanda showcased the four restrained Avengers—Shuri, Riri, She-Hulk, and Maria Hill—who were bound and gagged, their struggles evident even through the screen.
Amanda's voice boomed through the speakers, commanding attention and respect despite the distance. "Avengers," she began, her tone firm and commanding, "you have something that belongs to us, and we have something that belongs to you. Let's make a deal."
Black Widow stepped forward, her eyes narrowed in scrutiny as she assessed the situation. "What kind of deal?" she demanded, her voice tinged with suspicion.
Amanda's lips curled into a faint smirk, a glint of satisfaction gleaming in her eyes. "A simple exchange, Avengers" she replied, her voice carrying an air of authority. "Your captured comrades for ours. No tricks, no games. Just a straightforward swap."
"Agreed," Peggy Carter replied, her tone decisive. "Let's arrange the exchange. I trust you know the location."
