Technical notes: In order to get the skirt to look right and not poke through the chair, I created a scene with the girl and the chair. The girl was in the default position and the chair was in position behind her for sitting. I then set up an animation timeline of 75 frames and applied the sitting pose at frame 60. I tweaked it a bit to make sure she lined up with the chair and wasn't digging her legs into anything. I ran the dForce simulation against the timeline, with the extra 15 frames providing some "settling time" for the skirt.

In the shots where you see the skirt on the chair, it has a nice, natural look.
