They're the sort of 'totem' animals of Caedmon's first four kids. Top left is the wolf for December, top right is the stag for Toby, then bottom left is dove for Elisa and lastly ram for November.

It essentially means that they got used to the bracelets always burning, but never any of the other 'side effects', like the restlessness and the guilt. In other words, it affected them on a psychological level.

Well, some brothers handled it better than others. Not suicidal so much, but radical changes in behavior.

The guilt was because of their father, but there was also restlessness that would build up if the bracelet was not used at all: when the power grew but was not allowed any release.

I would run down Caedmon with a car if I could. Such an asshole. Reminds me of my sperm donor, since he only loved December and didn't gave a fuck about all the others.

Imagine all the devastation that would happen if one of the brothers lost couldn't take the feeling any more and released his powers in a very crowded place.

What are the ages of December and his siblings? January is then, but what about the rest?

Well for example, how December used to be a happy bouncy kid but after receiving the bracelet became kind of strange and reclusive.

Ages, eh? Let me see if I can remember this off the top of my head: Elisa is 42, December is 40, Novem is 38, Toby is 35, September is 30, August is 28, July and June are 25, May is 21, April is 19, March is 15, Feb is 12 and January is 10.

And my pic is of X23, a character from the X-men evolution animated series. I've had that as my pic forever I think.
