No it's not a scratchboard, it's special paper for soft materials like pastels or colored pencils and stuff. But it's very simular to real sandpaper

AHHH. Okay, i don't know what it's called. I used it recently and will be using it again to do another project for art. Yeahhh. It's perfect for that cause it blends so well
