Worked to make the colors a little more noticeable... I'd really be quite the devil if I didn't, the girl is my best friend and all. There was even a soppy note attached to it, but the rest of you have been spared the artery-clogging cheesiness of it.In any event, this is a highly delayed gift to her for her 17th birthday, and our 6 years of friendship to date. She deserves a big reward for putting up with me for all this time, being the spaztastic little creature that I am.
So thankyou, Nikoo, for talking energetically at the dinner table with me about death, for being the street-smarts that I entirely lack, for going out of your way to be there when it counts, and for pointing out bright little things that my go otherwise unnoticed- things that should be clear as day but aren't always.
In the end, I think saying nothing says it all, because words really are just that limiting. I could go on, but you know how it goes... Loofa buddies until the end, my friend! ;D

Cute picture! (Two-people pictures are something I'm currently having to work on, seriously.) Hopefully one day I'll be able to draw someone with an arm around another person's shoulders without giving them an abnormally long arm, as I do right now.

OH! It's so cute! Especially the little yellow things... The expressions are great and wow... so much purple. It's like... a grape (the funny thing though, is that purple grapes aren't really as purple as everyone says they are.)

You know, I'm not going to beat around the bush. This is one of your best pieces up to date(if not, the best.) I am really impressed with this picture. Where to begin! You've improved so much!
First off, kudos on the clothing for it's not an easy task to differentiate between clothing and other areas that have been colored...especially with water colors. The clothes have an almost sweatery, spongy feel to them. Very tangible!
The expressions are my favorite part. In my opinion, this is your best as far as expressions go. You're really improving...I've always loved those fat little stick figures. They compliment your style nicely. Uhhh...crap, I'm getting lazy, but I really do love this. The serious bit at the top, and then the...subtle...oh, hell. ._.; Well, you get my point.
I seem to be utterly incapable of a decent comment now-a-days. Guess I'm rusty. Oh well! This is well-deserving of a fav. Nikoo's arm entrances me, I suppose I just like the way it fits over your shoulder
