Late on submitting but better late than never...
I drew this right before Christmas, but with everything going on, and all the stuff I've had to work on, it made it kinda hard to finish and post this when I wanted to.
I could probably work on the background with the ice and whatnot, but I think it looks good as it is. Not to mention I don't want too much attention drawn away from the pokemon itself.
