This is a ship set in the future of Star trek where there is the Earth Defense Force (EDF)

The story:
in the year 3500 AD an unknown enemy destroyed about all of the known Galaxy including the Federation, the remaining Humans on earth started the Earth Defense Forces (EDF) and resurrected a NX Refit Starship from before the Fall, the Humans gave the ship Upgraded Phasers and other weapons from Romulan and Klingon ships that fell on Earth in the year 2900 AD, they named the Ship the Yamato and sent the ship out to Rekindle the Light of Civilization.
