Description
This is my Neo-Excelsior class Cruiser and is my Alternate Timeline version of 's Nexcelsior Class Cruiser.

Conceived in 2377 the Project Neo program was designed to select old starships and Rebuild them for the late 24th Century, The first ships to undergo the Rebuild was the Excelsior class starships specifically ones that served during the Dominion War, These ships would be completely stripped down to the Frame and Rebuilt with newer Hull plating Derived from the Sovereign Class development along with newer Phaser Beam Arrays and having her Secondary Hull mounted Torpedo Launcher removed with the Forward Torpedo Launchers being mounted at the lower front of the neck along with new Nacelle Pylons that was inspired by the Sovereign's Nacelle Pylons as well as the Sovereign's Nacelles and Deflector dish. The Neo-Excelsior Class ships would then serve well into the 25th Century until being Retired from service by the early 26th Century.
