I'm proud to say, I beat them all. And in Critical Mode too.
Actually, only with Ven and Aqua. Terra is hopeless. He gets hit no matter how many times you use his Dash evasion move. These are from four separate doodle book pages put together in one. This may be my last deviation for a while.
All done in ballpen and watercolor.

What watercolor do you use? You do such a good job adding contrast among all the different hues of color you use. Always fascinated with your stuff. Also you using 300lbs paper?

The compositions and subtle color differences are fantastic! There is unity between the main subject and their respective background subjects, yet also enough contrast to make them stand out from each other. Super cool!
Also...hope you don't mind me asking, but what kind of watercolors do you use? Pans, tubes, etc? I really like how solid the coloring in your work looks, as well as how dark you're able to get your colors in some areas, but I've found that all of my watercolor work turns out very light even when I use the darkest colors.
