This is ~TheFavs request - it's Zemus from Final Fantasy IV.I wanted him to look evil 'cause, well he's the final evil boss in the game - but I knew little about him, 'til now though.
Finding references for him is quite a challenge too. It's really RARE to see any artworks of this guy. The only decent one I saw of him is Amano's drawing of him - which looked awesome.
I tried making this drawing Amano-ish too.
Maybe I should draw more obscure characters in the future. It's fun! I love the freedom of making my own interpretations of them.

Spoke to an idiot, in real life actually, who claimed that Golbez transformed into the final boss of FF4, and even said he knew this because he'd played an emulator of the GBA FF4 game. Even became downright insulted and extremely angry when I tried to explain how he was wrong. I'm dead serious.
So it'll be hard to look at Zemus and not think of that for a while.

One of few characters you feel kind of sorry for, wanting only for his people to prosper even if another is destroyed. Great use of ink, Amano-sama would be happy for you. (smile)

I think none knows anything about him but he hates humans and want to destroy them all. XD
Still, this work is amazing and I say it withous rhetorics: he seems so evanescent, ghostly, like a phantom or a nightmare ready to transform in Zeromus!
