Description Well as I continue with making Pokemon with photoshop and mouse, I now bring you the original ghost/poison Pokemon Gastly!!!

Due to having a body made of gas, Gastly can slip into any place it wants. However, Gastly's body will dwindle away when exposed to a strong wind. A Gastly is capable of toppling an Indian Elephant within two seconds by enveloping it in poisonous gas.

So here is the ghastly ghost Pokemon Gastly, I tried to give him a dark, transparent-ish look, and filled the background with gas and fog.

I was just wondering how ghastly eyes could be made to look for realistic.
Very nicely done, all around

Thanks a lot! Recently I've been thinking of Ghastly as a Wil-o-wisp came to life. So I guess it fits lol

Burnishing really helps with color pencils so try that if you haven't.

Burnishing?

The dictionary describes burnishing as, β€œTo rub with a tool that serves especially to smooth or polish.” Burnishing is the term that is used to describe the technique of applying colored pencil with steady pressure, usually over another layer of color. When rubbed in firmly, the medium fills the nooks and crannies of the paper, smoothing out the texture.

that's how this one website explains it.

That or a paper towel or napkin. It's the heat and pressure together that help it. Just experiment, most times you'll discover new techniques through experimentation.
