Thomas is a tank engine, who lives at a big station at the end of the line. He's a cheeky little engine, with six small wheels, a short stumpy funnel, a short stumpy boiler, and a short stumpy dome. Without him, we wouldn't have a real childhood.

if enough people show interest, and the costs are feasible, then sure. but, it would have to be modified because coal's becoming less available than it used to be.
there's already mainline steam - Tornado, Royal Scot, Duke of Gloucester, et cetera.

the only way to do it is to donate to the trusts that are building the locomotives, and getting the word out to other people.
