For some reason, I'm seeing Miracleman and Supreme run into a third Alan Moore-written demigod: Doctor Manhattan from Watchmen.

Alan Moore worked with Superman too - check "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorow" and "For the Man Who Has Everything".

Absolutely correct - I bought those comicsas they came out, and "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow" may well be the best Superman story ever. But Alan Moore only touched on Superman briefly, while Miracleman and Supreme were his babies.
