Mobius Beta is based on one What if i have, What if Archie Sonic didn't have powers, one of the things that would be different would be that Ogilvi Maurice (who is Sonic on Mobius Prime) didn't go fast enough to get Rosemary Prower to the hospital when she was pregnant of Tails, so she & Miles died and it affected Ogilvi who saw it.
