Description One of my entries for 's "Fun in the Sun Contest"
My new OC Luna on the receiving end of some water balloons being thrown by 's OC Maureen. I tried adding some new things (perspective, motion blur, etc.) to the picture. My next entry will look much better ^^ Look forward to it
