I know a girl who has named every pet she has ever owned Richard. When she owned to rats at the same time, they were both named Richard. Currently she has a hamster. Named Richard.

AWW, I love when they do that chunky face thing. They withdraw their necks and fluff their cheeks out. It makes them look all cute and puffy but also kind of pissed off.

That is just adorable! I only keep females. At the moment I have white-furred red-eyed sisters. From a rescued nest. Must say I've never had guys. Always girls for me. I need a better cage so badly... it's the first thing on my 'to get' list at the moment.

Expensive, but worth it. I want my ladies to have a Liberta Explorer, Midwest Critter Nation Double Level or a Savic Royal Suite 95 Double to run around in. Sadly they don't supply them where I live, so it takes a lot of ordering and such.

Aw i like them, the doors on liberta cages look like it makes cleaning the cage so much easier. I have a Duetto and the doors are a nightmare, forever banging my head on it

Technically rats cannot be albino.
White fur and pink or red eyes are normal genetic things for them, like a human can have blue or brown eyes.
True albinos are a genetic disability, their bodies cannot make pigment so their skin and hair is white and their eyes have no colour, you only see the blood vessels under them, making the eyes seem red.
This rat though is a red-eyed 'siamese' or 'himalayan'. See the brown spot on the snout? Also, his ears are 'dumbo' which means they are lower on the head, making the skull look rounder. It's also a normal genetic thing.
